Could be several things. Update your flash player from the adobe website.
if you're on a 64bit computer you'll need to open up the normal 32bit iexplorer....
could be a permissions problem.

Google Chrome Updates it's FlashPlayer everytime a new update is available and I don't use IE but when I do to go on a video the thing crashes.
